1、硅膠制品的開煉(lian)機混煉(lian)
雙輥(gun)開煉機輥(gun)筒速(su)(su)比為1.2~1.4為宜(yi),快(kuai)輥(gun)在(zai)后(hou)(hou),較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)的速(su)(su)比致使較(jiao)(jiao)快(kuai)的混(hun)煉,低速(su)(su)比則可使膠片(pian)潤滑。輥(gun)筒有必要通(tong)有冷卻水,混(hun)煉溫度宜(yi)在(zai)40℃以(yi)下(xia)(xia),以(yi)避(bi)免焦燒或硫(liu)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的蒸(zheng)發丟失。混(hun)煉時(shi)開端輥(gun)距較(jiao)(jiao)小(1~5mm),然(ran)(ran)后(hou)(hou)逐(zhu)漸擴大(da)。加料和操(cao)作次序:生膠(包輥(gun))—→補強填充劑(ji)(ji)(ji)—→布局操(cao)控劑(ji)(ji)(ji)—→耐熱助劑(ji)(ji)(ji)—→著色劑(ji)(ji)(ji)等(deng)—→薄(bo)通(tong)5次—→下(xia)(xia)料,烘箱熱處(chu)理—→返(fan)(fan)煉—→硫(liu)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)—→薄(bo)通(tong)—→停(ting)放過(guo)夜 —→返(fan)(fan)煉—→出(chu)片(pian)。膠料也可不經烘箱熱處(chu)理,在(zai)參加耐熱助劑(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)(hou),參加硫(liu)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)再薄(bo)通(tong),停(ting)放過(guo)夜返(fan)(fan)煉,然(ran)(ran)后(hou)(hou)再停(ting)放數天返(fan)(fan)煉出(chu)片(pian)運(yun)用。
2、硅(gui)膠制品的密煉(lian)機混(hun)煉(lian)
選(xuan)(xuan)用此法(fa)可進(jin)步出產功(gong)率和改進(jin)勞(lao)作條件。實驗標明,密(mi)閉式(shi)混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)料(liao)的功(gong)能(neng)與開放式(shi)混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)料(liao)的功(gong)能(neng)類似(si)。用實驗室(shi)2L密(mi)煉(lian)(lian)機(ji)的混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)時(shi)(shi)刻為(wei)6~16分鐘(zhong),混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)無特別艱難(nan)。選(xuan)(xuan)用φ160mm開煉(lian)(lian)機(ji)當裝料(liao)系數為(wei)0.74時(shi)(shi),混(hun)煉(lian)(lian)也能(neng)正(zheng)常進(jin)行。排料(liao)溫度 與補強(qiang)(qiang)填(tian)充劑的類型有關:當選(xuan)(xuan)用弱補強(qiang)(qiang)性填(tian)充劑和沉積白(bai)炭(tan)黑(hei)(hei)時(shi)(shi),排膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)溫度在50℃以下;當運用氣(qi)相白(bai)炭(tan)黑(hei)(hei)時(shi)(shi),排膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)溫度為(wei)70℃左右(you)。
